These terms govern your use of the BizVetsConnect³ website and your participation in our community. BizVetsConnect³ is a nonprofit serving veteran owned, startup, and active duty owned businesses in Clarksville, Tennessee and the Fort Campbell region. By using our site, joining, or making a donation, you agree to these terms.
Membership and Donations
Taking part in general events and working with our Primary Service Advocates is free. BizMember is our one contribution level. Amounts shown, such as the monthly and yearly BizMember contributions and the Fan sponsorship, are donations that fund our events, our ad creation, and our community programs. They are not payments for goods or services and they are not a purchase.
Because contributions are donations to a nonprofit, they are generally not refundable, except where required by law. If something went wrong with a donation, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Fan Sponsorships
A Fan sponsorship is a flat donation that funds a short advertisement we produce for a business you want to lift up. A business cannot sponsor itself. Once we have the business details, our standard ad turnaround is 7 to 10 days. We may decline or remove any sponsorship or advertisement at our discretion.
Listings and Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide for your listing, and for keeping it current. We review submissions and may approve, edit, decline, or remove any listing to keep the directory accurate and appropriate for our community.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our site and community lawfully and respectfully. You will not submit false information, misuse the directory, harass others, or interfere with the operation of the site.
Fort Campbell Off Limits Businesses
Out of respect for the Fort Campbell military community, BizVetsConnect³ does not list, host, sponsor, or promote any business that Fort Campbell has placed off limits or blacklisted, including establishments named by the Armed Forces Disciplinary Control Board. If a member business is added to that list, its listing and any sponsorship are removed.
Primary Service Advocates
Our Primary Service Advocates are independent businesses and professionals. They are a trusted starting point, not a guarantee. Any services you obtain from a PSA are between you and that business. BizVetsConnect³ does not provide legal, financial, insurance, tax, or other professional advice, and nothing on the site is a substitute for advice from your own qualified professional.
Intellectual Property
The BizVetsConnect³ name, logo, and site content are the property of the organization and its licensors. When you submit content such as a business description, quote, or logo, you give us permission to display and promote it in connection with the community.
Disclaimers
The site and community are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular business result, lead, or outcome from membership, sponsorship, or participation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BizVetsConnect³ and its board, volunteers, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the community.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Montgomery County, Tennessee.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
